Guiding Futures: Career Session by Dr. Babu Rangarajan
On 9th October 2024, a career guidance session for students of Grades 9 to 12 and their parents was organized by the Principal, Rev. Sr. Marie Therese. The session was led by guest speaker Dr. Babu Rangarajan, a clinical psychologist and consultant. Dr. Rangarajan encouraged students to align their career choices with their interests and strengths, offering valuable insights into various fields, job roles, and future opportunities.
Career Guidance Program: Exploring Future Opportunities
On 28th October 2024, a Career Guidance program for Grades 11 and 12 was conducted by TIME Institute and led by Mr. Thyagarajan Thirunavakarasu, an MSc Software Engineer from PSG and Director of TIME Institute. The session provided students with a deeper understanding of diverse career paths, job roles, and opportunities, broadening their perspective on future possibilities.
Interactive Orientation: Building Listening and Creativity Skills
On 8th November 2024, the Interact Club, in collaboration with the Rotatry Club of Salem Metropolis, hosted an orientation program for Grades 9 to 12. The session was led by JC HGF Dr. V. Dhivya, a seasoned corporate trainer, Jaycee Secretary, and member of Speaker Hub India, Third Eye Training Academy, and Toastmasters. The event was graced by Interact Chair Rtn. Kavita Mohanraj, Rtn. Mohanraj, and the Principal, Rev. Sr.Marie Therese.Dr. Dhivya emphasized the significance of listening skills for success and introduced the concept “Old is Gold,” encouraging creative thinking through engaging and interactive activities.
