A meaningful training session on group dynamics was conducted for our teaching faculty on 29th May 2025.
The session was led by Reverend Sister. Shobana, a national award-winner, a counsellor and educator. She focused on fostering positive peer interaction and emotional intelligence among students. Teachers learned how group behaviour impacts learning, participation, and classroom atmosphere. Practical strategies to manage group roles, resolve conflicts, and build collaboration were shared. Sister Shobana emphasized creating inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom environments.
Real-life examples and interactive discussions enriched the session’s effectiveness.
Teachers were encouraged to see themselves as facilitators of social growth, not just academics.
The session was reflective, inspiring, and deeply aligned with student-centered education.
It concluded with renewed motivation to build classrooms rooted in connection and care.
