A focused teacher training session on the National Education Policy (NEP) and 21st-century skills was held on our school campus on 27th May 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Sebin Varghese, a seasoned expert from Orient Black Swan. He provided deep insights into the NEP’s transformative goals for future-ready education. Teachers were guided to integrate critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration into their teaching.
The training emphasized moving beyond rote learning towards skill-based, experiential education.
He effectively connected policy with practice, offering actionable strategies for teachers. Interactive discussions and examples made the session insightful and relevant. Educators left the training feeling informed, empowered, and ready to embrace change. It was a meaningful step in aligning our teaching practices with national educational goals.
