The completed registration form is to be submitted on the spot in the school office.
Child should be accompanied by both the parents.
Please bring :
1. Original and Xerox of the Birth Certificate and the Community Certificate of the Child.
2. If Catholic, bring the Original and the Xerox of the Baptism Certificate.
3. Registration Fee – Rs.100/-
