Karate is a Japanese martial art that seeks the development of defensive and counter attacking body movements. It literally means “meeting of hands”. The themes of traditional karate training are fighting and self- defence, though its mental and moral aspects targets the overall improvement of the individual.
Karate training develops agility, strength and speed, allowing for fast and effective techniques while also improving muscle tone and endurance. Working both the hands and feet, and left and right sides equally develops mental and physical coordination, as well as flexibility.
Our students who are interested to learn Karate are being trained by our Karate teacher. Our school students have won many district and state level Karate competitions.
