On 20th June 2026, CVN celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm to create awareness among students about the importance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being.

The programme began with students performing different yoga asanas on stage, demonstrating various postures that promote strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Inspired by the demonstration, all the students watching actively participated by performing the same yoga asanas together.

Teachers also enthusiastically joined the session, encouraging students and highlighting the significance of yoga as an essential practice for leading a healthy and balanced life.

The celebration was a wonderful experience for everyone and successfully conveyed the message that “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
