Discipline
The following acts of indiscipline lead to compulsory withdrawal at the end of the academic year.
- Speaking any language other than English on campus. Tamil and Hindi are permitted in the concerned classes.
- Regular late reporting to school, irregularity in bringing books, completing and submitting notes.
- Repeated default in uniform formalities.
- Copying in examinations, taking notebooks and textbooks of other students without permission.
- Causing disturbance during class hours.
- Damaging school property like benches, desks, library books, lab equipment, washroom pipes and buckets.
- Habitually availing leave without acceptable reasons.

Other Instructions
- On birthdays, students are allowed to wear decent colour dress, and the school will greet them in the morning assembly.
- Students are required to attend school in the designated uniform, along with the specified shoes and socks for the day, ensuring a neat appearance.
- Black shoes should be polished regularly and used.
- Students should wear clean socks every day.
- Students are advised not to wear gold, silver, or any other valuable ornaments to school. The school cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred in such cases.
- Students should trim their nails regularly.
- Students should wear the identity card daily.
- Students must wear their school uniform in the photographs submitted for all official use at school.
Transportation
School Bus 1 Route: Kondalampatty, Nethimedu, Dadagapatty, Seelanaickenpatty, Dasanaickenpatty, Gajalnaickenpatty, Pirivu Road.
School Bus 2 Route: Mallur, Panamarathupatty.
Other Transportations
- Parents should ensure that private auto rickshaw and van drivers follow the rules and regulations placed by the RTO.
- Auto rickshaw and van drivers should submit the list of students who come in their auto rickshaw.
- Students wishing to come to school by bicycle must seek permission from the principal using the form provided in the diary.
- Students are prohibited from using bikes, scooters, and electric bikes as a means of transportation to school.
Withdrawal
- If withdrawn for personal reasons in between the academic year, parents should settle the full fees in accordance with the school rules.
- Request for Transfer Certificate should be submitted at the school office. Requisition will be accepted only if it is signed by both parents.
- A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required for withdrawal.
- Transfer Certificate will be given only to students who have no arrears of fees and other payments.
- Application for withdrawal must be given on or before the end of January. If there is any delay in TC application, the new academic year’s I Term fees must be paid.
