DISCIPLINE:
The following acts of indiscipline leads to compulsory withdrawals at the end of the academic year.
OTHER INSTRUCTIONS;
- Speaking any languages other than English in the campus. (Tamil and Hindi are permitted in the concerned classes)
- Regular late reporting to the school, irregular in bringing books, completing and submitting notes.
- Repeated defaulters in uniform formalities.
- Copying in the examinations, taking notebooks and textbooks of other students without permission.
- Causing disturbance during class hours, damaging school property like benches and desks, library books, lab equipments wash room pipes, buckets
- Habitually availing leave without acceptable reasons.

- On birthdays, students are allowed to wear decent colour dress, and the school will greet them in the morning assembly.
- Students are required to attend school in the designated uniform, along with the specified shoes and socks for the day, ensuring a neat appearance.
- Black shoes should be polished regularly and used.
- Students should wear clean socks everyday.
- Students are advised not to wear gold, silver, or any other valuable ornaments to the school. The school cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred in such case.
- Students should trim their nails regularly.
- Students should wear the Identity card daily.
- Students must wear their school uniform in the photographs submitted for all official use at school.
- The parents should ensure that the private auto rickshaw and van drivers should follow the rules and regulations placed by the RTO.
- The auto rickshaw and van drivers should submit the list of students who come in their auto riksha.
- Students wishing to come to school on bicycles must seek permission from the principal using the form provided in the diary.
- The students are prohibited to use bikes, scooters, and electric bikes as a means of transportation to school.
- If withdrawn for personal reasons in between the academic year, parents should settle the full fees in accordance with the school rules.
- Request for Transfer Certificate (TC) should be submitted at the school office. Requisition will be accepted only if it is signed by both parent.
- A minimum of 7 days notice in written format is required for the withdrawal.
- Transfer Certificate will be given only to those students who have no arrears of fee and other payments.
- Application for withdrawal must be given on or before the end of January. If there is any delay made in TC application, the new academic year’s I term fees must be paid.
